Introducing Pollen from Bristol

Introducing Pollen from Bristol
Yeah, spring is knocking at the door again, time for Pollen! Many people have allergic reactions to these flying nettlers, but this freshly added imprint is nothing making you sneeze and itchy. Starting with its first 2 releases it already caught our curiosity for what's to come. Kicking it off with Brackles & Shortstuff who we know from releases on Berkane Soul, Blunted Robots, ApplePips, Planet Mu...On Pollen now, a smoothest Broken Harp coming along with a remix by Kamal Joory (as Geiomix) making it even more playful while adding more space and darkness. So, what a nice starter, but what really got us here was the follow up here of the Bristol based label: Manchester's xxxy giving us "Rain" on which Jack Sparrow laid hands on to fill our speakers. He just amazed us with his release on Tectronic and follows up with a fabulous, respectful treatment to the original. Let the Pollens fly to give us more "Lean, efficient and atmospheric ****** 'step". Seems that we do not have to wait very long for the next one as it will come as POLDIG001 very soon; done by Hodge and has a Hackman(!) remix to it which is great news for those who are also into the deeper 4/4 side of *****step without losing the touch to the base! Something to look out for these days...
