Studiotalk with Virgo

Virgo’s talking about two tracks of “Resurrection”.
It’s the follow up to the reissue of their selfnamed album
on Rush Hour and includes a collection of unreleased tracks
produced between 1984 and 1990.

“Its A Crime”

its a crime brings back very fond memories!  one of my 1st friends in this world,
edgwick butler, was present durin that recording, known since kindergarten, he is
not with us anymore tho’. also there with erix and me was greg gary who cowrote or
co-came up with lyrics because we were improvin the words as we recorded.  i think
u are hearin what was goin on in his life at the time, and we were just tryin to
relaye it to what was amd has been goin on in thw world!  we were just havin a good
time, messin around actually! it could probly be better arranged but u are hearing
it in its totally improv and unrehearsed arrangement!

“Let The Music Play”

it was really fun when eric and i recorded let da music play, u can tell by him
yellin yeah boy! in da back groumd!  its 7 or 8 minutes on release but easily at
least 15 or 20 minutes long actually!  we jus got in a groove and couldnt stop!
especially on the slow version!
